Terms and Conditions ufo9 — Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ufo9 ("Platform", "us" or "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the ufo9.app website, the ufo9 mobile app, and all related services we offer.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ufo9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by all terms stated herein. This acceptance also covers our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Ufo9 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be displayed on this page along with the date of the last update. To be eligible to register and use ufo9's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Ufo9 provides this service "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted platform availability. We will make every effort to keep the platform running 24/7, however periodic maintenance and system upgrades may require temporary downtime.

• Ufo9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Ufo9's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Ufo9 is not liable for game outcomes affected by poor internet connectivity, user device failure, or third-party disruptions beyond our control.
• Online gaming involves financial risk. ufo9 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of their gaming activity.
